Drawn for my dorky "ask" blog, as someone wanted to see a redesigned costume for a pirate or marine.
I'll be disappointed if it turns out that he isn't really a cannibal. I want to see people being eaten!

Well, you'll be disappointed then, because apparently the 'cannibal' bit is a pun to a Japanese idiom that doesn't translate well.
It boils down to that what we'd call 'trolling', is referred to in Japan in a way that translates literally as 'eating people'.
So technically 'Bart the Troll' would be a better translation. (Also the earliest spoilers on the upcoming chapter suggests Bart has a power that reflects damage someone tries to do to him.) (Which'd fit a troll type of character very well.)
The cannibal elements of his design (teeth and nosering) are a pun that works only in Japanese. Although since a troll is also a brutish monster which could have sharp teeth and a nosering, Bart the Troll isn't so bad a translation for english either.
