Doctor Octopus in a party hat

I drew this because I told *nukascrue I would. ~yaddie helped me by choosing the colours on his hat. As a great man once said, "It is a classic fatty disaster!"

I don't even know if "Fat Chicks in Party Hats" still exists, but I think that we all laughed a little too much over that website..... still, Otto should take solace in the fact that it is more fun to be fat!
